Building/Room Request

The church is not accepting requests while the congregation is not meeting in person during the pandemic.



At Westminster, we see our building as an important part of our ministry and mission to the community. If you, or a group or organization you are a part of, would like to use the church building for an event, concert, study, or gathering, first read #1 (policy) and complete #2 (building use form). Then, a staff member will contact you about availability.

Westminster members, please complete  #3 and give it to the church office.

1 - BUILDING USE POLICY/BUILDING USE AGREEMENT/Fees
Please read these documents for policies, requirements and fees before requesting a date/room use on the link below.
3 - FINAL RENTAL APPROVAL FORM
Once date availability is approved, please complete the required paperwork for final rental (use) approval to be submitted to Properties Committee.
4 - WPC ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Some groups may be required to have each participant sign a “WPC Activity Participation Agreement”.
