Building/Room Request

At Westminster, we see our building as an important part of our ministry and mission to the community. If you, or a group or organization you are a part of, would like to use the church building for an event, concert, study, or gathering, first read #1 (policy) and read #2 (building use agreement form). Then call the church to ask about availability.

Westminster members, please complete  #3 and give it to the church office.

Please read these documents for policies, requirements and fees before requesting a date/room use on the link below.
2 - WPC BUILDING USE AGREMENT (FOR NON-WPC GROUPS)

3 - FINAL RENTAL APPROVAL FORM
Once date availability is approved, please complete the required paperwork for final rental (use) approval to be submitted to Properties Committee.
4 - WPC ACTIVITY PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Some groups may be required to have each participant sign a “WPC Activity Participation Agreement”.
